I had been smelling gasoline from my vehicle for about a week. Made an appointment with my mechanic Richard, on September 30th.. He checked it out, ordered my part, which I needed a new fuel pump. He installed it fairly quick. The smell is gone. Great job!!! This Brakemasters, I really like, and I've been coming here for 12 years. They treat their customers very well!!! Thank you!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this place.I had my Alternator going out Coolant had run bone dry on a Saturday, 9-21-25 around 5pm. I asked if they could service my car and they were fully booked and closed SUN.I asked if they could at least fill the coolant up so i could get my car home.They DID FILL IT UP FOR as a courtesy to help out a local driver.I will be back on my next service on my car!Thanks again!!

Saturday, 7-27-2024 = I went to Brake Masters today, because I needed a new battery. I bought a new one 2 years ago at this location, that came with a 5 year warranty. The store manager (Ali) was in today. Not ONLY did he honor the 5 year battery warranty, and replace my battery free. I told him of my last experience a few weeks ago when I got a oil change on a Monday. He apologized more than once. He said he is off on Mondays, but that's NO excuse for poor service. He had someone put the new battery in immediately, check all my fluids, and tire pressure. When I went to leave he gave me a coupon for my next oil change to be FREE.**Now that's EXCELLENT customer service.**I will continue to take my car here for services, but ONLY when the manager Ali is in the shop.I have been taking my vehicles to Brake Masters for the past 20+years. I believe 14 years just at this location. To get my oil changes, and brakes done, but sadly not anymore. I took my vehicle in a few weeks ago on a Monday to get the oil changed. I made an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm there was 2 empty stalls when I arrived. My vehicle wasn't taken into a stall until 1:30pm. Every time I walked out to check on it there was no one working on or near it. To make a long story short I got my vehicle at 2:50pm with NO explanation, or apology why it took so long. Every single person working here is new from the last time I was here. This store use to be amazing mainly, because of the store manager Travis who is now the district manager. Sadly this store is the WORST it's ever been.

On this hot🥵 day and 110° in Las Vegas Nevada on Southeastern the business of brake masters the technician Ali has done amazing work.🥰😁 I’m a single mother and my car ended up messing up and I always take all my vehicles to this location on South Eastern. They are truly amazing and they help in anyway they can. They are so non-🥹judgmental they are there to make sure you’re able to get your car fixed in a honest and reliable way. I am so happy was able to take my car there today and get it fixed on by Shawn. 😉He was an amazing technician and all the employees were there to help me in such an amazing way. Very ❤️❤️appreciative of them. I will vouch for them 1000%. I am so happy how my car turned out and on all my other vehicles I’m never left without, not having a car to drive that’s safe and reliable🤝. Thank you so much Brakes master Y’all are truly the best🫶🏼 I’ve ever been to here in Las Vegas.i will always come back.. 👏🏽ps.. now if yall could get tires then yall would be the best one stop shop) being funny ☺️ but no matter what ill come to service my car here.

I had the best experience with these guys... I was able to drop off my car and leave a key in the mail drop so I could get a ride home before they open. I got a phone call within an hour of opening with details of what steps to take to resolve my problems (which I had quite a few on my 2009 jeep). The next call I received detailed the problems, which he thought was the case, and what the price would be. With all the work that had to be done, I was still able to pick up my car same day. The communication between these guys ( Ali) and me with problems of my car was above and beyond. I felt like they were working on their own automobile with the care and concern I felt. I will recommend this place continuously to my friends, coworkers and family.
